摘要静脉内子宫平滑肌瘤病 (intravenous leiomy-omatosis，IVL) 在临床上极为罕见，是一种从子宫肌
瘤向脉管内生长或由脉管壁本身的平滑肌组织增生后突向管腔内的肿瘤。肿瘤生长可超出子宫，在静脉
内延伸达下腔静脉，甚至到达心脏。1997 年 Casillas等^［1］曾报道该病。2012 年 8 月本科收治该病患者 1
例，现报道如下
