摘要 随着控制性超促排卵的应用，卵巢过度刺激 综合征（ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, OHSS） 也逐渐成为广受辅助生殖领域重视的医源性并发 症。Golan 等［1］ 根 据 临 床 症 状 和 实 验 室 指 标 将 OHSS 分为三度五级。最新的 OHSS 分类方取消了 轻度 OHSS，并将重度过激 OHSS 根据临床症状和 实验室指标进一步细分为了 A、B、C 三级［2］ 。 重度 OHSS 的发病率在人群中可达到 0.5% ～ 5% 不等［2］ 。据世界卫生组织统计，OHSS 的死亡率 在 1/45 000 ～ 1/50 000。OHSS 特别是重度 OHSS 会 对 接 受 辅 助 生 殖 技 术（assisted reproductive technology，ART）治疗的患者产生严重的生命威 胁，并造成重大的经济及精神负担。
