摘要　出生缺陷是指胚胎或胎儿在发育过程中所发生的结构或功能代谢的异常^［1］。出生缺陷包括先天畸形、染色体异常、遗传代谢性疾病和功能异常（如盲、聋和智力障碍等）^［2］。目前已知的出生缺陷超过 8 000 种^［2］。出生缺陷直接造成人口损失或降低人群健康水平，且因治疗、残疾或死亡导致的疾病负担巨大。
