摘要胎儿生长受限（fetal growth restriction，FGR）是产科常见的并发症之一，通常与早产、胎死宫内、新生儿死亡等不良结局相关，美国和欧洲的发生率为5% ～ 15%，发展中国家的发生率为 10% ～ 55%，其中东南亚发生率最高，而我国的发生率接近发达国家^［1-3］。FGR 是围产儿死亡的第二位原因，仅次于早产。此外，FGR 的胎儿成年后发生心血管疾病、代谢疾病的风险增高^［4］。
