摘要病程迁延和重症患儿由于长期摄入和吸收障碍、消耗增加等原因，普遍存在营养不良的风险^［1］。营养不良又增加感染^［2］、延长住院时间［^3-4］的风险。国际上，尤其发达国家对住院患儿的临床营养管理极为关注，提倡应用营养风险筛查，对高营养风险的患儿及时采取干预措施，以改善临床结局，促进儿童健康发展。现对相关文献进行综述，探讨住院儿童营养不良的原因及营养管理策略。
