摘要胎粪吸入综合征（meconium aspiration syndrome，MAS）是指胎儿在宫内或娩出时吸入被胎粪污染的羊水（meconium-stained amniotic ?uid，MSAF）后，表现为严重的呼吸窘迫和低氧血症及其他多系统（包括循环、中枢神经、消化及泌尿系统等）的损害。易合并气胸或纵隔气肿、肺不张及持续性肺动脉（persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn，PPHN）。MAS 主要见于足月儿及过期产儿，其中有1/3 ～ 1/2 的患儿需要呼吸支持，1/4 的患儿发生气胸。MAS 是导致新生儿呼吸衰竭和死亡的主要原因之一，病死率达7.0% ～ 15.8%。本文总结 MAS对新生儿影响与临床管理的研究进展，以便为进一步降低 MAS 的发病率并改善其预后提供参考。
