摘要
近十余年，支气管肺发育不良（bronchopulmonary dysplasia，BPD）防治的话题几乎占据了我国新生儿 科学术论坛的半壁江山，无疑成为这一时期我国新 生儿科领域的最大热点。大量的研究、实践和交流 推动了我国 BPD 防治以及早产儿救治的进步，我 们对 BPD 由恐惧无奈逐渐到从容应对，出生胎龄24 周早产儿在一批Ⅲ级 C 等新生儿重症监护病房（neonatal intensive care unit，NICU）得以健康存活。不过，我国超早产儿（extremely preterm infants，EPI）的救治存活率在整体上与发达国家仍有一定的差距，超长期供氧仍是影响 EPI 预后的严重问题，我们需要反省 BPD 防治方面存在的误区。
