摘要胰腺炎是基于病史、医师检查、实验室检查和影像学检查相结合的综合临床诊断，其分为急性胰腺炎、急性复发性胰腺炎和慢性胰腺炎。报告显示，小儿急性胰腺炎的发病率为每年（3 ～ 13 例）/10 万人，慢性胰腺炎的发病率也在逐年升高，部分原因
在于人们对疾病的认知加强及有了更好的诊断工具^［1］。现对小儿急慢性胰腺炎的最新认知、诊断和治疗进行综述。
