摘要  新 生 儿 呼 吸 窘 迫 综 合 征(neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS)是由于各种原因引起肺表面活性物质(pulmonary surfactant,PS)缺乏或异常,导致进行性肺不张,严重时可引起呼吸衰竭。PS 缺乏或结构不成熟是导致此病的重要原因,病理上由于肺泡壁至终末细支气管壁嗜伊红细胞增多,在气管上形成透明薄膜类似物,故又称肺透明膜病(hyaline membrane disease,HMD)[1]。2015 年国外对 4 142 例患 NRDS 的新生儿进行分析,胎龄8 周早产儿中 RDS 发病率为 80%,胎龄 24 周则高达 95%[2]NRDS 的治疗主要为呼吸支持及对症治疗,本文针对治疗的新进展进行综述。
