摘要 新 生 儿 呼 吸 窘 迫 综 合 征（neonatal respiratory distress syndrome，NRDS）是由于各种原因引起肺表面活性物质（pulmonary surfactant，PS）缺乏或异常，导致进行性肺不张，严重时可引起呼吸衰竭。PS 缺乏或结构不成熟是导致此病的重要原因，病理上由于肺泡壁至终末细支气管壁嗜伊红细胞增多，在气管上形成透明薄膜类似物，故又称肺透明膜病（hyaline membrane disease，HMD）［1］。2015 年国外对 4 142 例患 NRDS 的新生儿进行分析，胎龄8 周早产儿中 RDS 发病率为 80%，胎龄 24 周则高达 95%［2］NRDS 的治疗主要为呼吸支持及对症治疗，本文针对治疗的新进展进行综述。
