摘要 De Morsier 综合征，即视- 隔发育不良（septooptic dysplasia，SOD），是一种先天性中枢神经系 统疾病，1941 年 由Reeves 首次报道，1956 年由 De Morsier 命名。该病发病率在成活新生儿中仅为 1/10 000［1］ ，但临床表现多种多样，故易出现误诊 和漏诊。因此，总结De Morsier 综合征的临床特 征，探讨其诊治方法有着重要的临床意义。
