摘要 红细胞是具有重要生理功能的血液细胞。成年人的红细胞主要来源于分布在胸骨、椎骨、肋骨等扁骨内的红骨髓。红骨髓中的髓系多能干细胞分化成红系定向祖细胞，红系定向祖细胞在促红细胞生成素（EPO）的作用下，能增殖分化为原红细胞。原红细胞经过有丝分裂、增殖成为网织红细胞，进而发育成为成熟红细胞。红细胞成熟时没有细胞核和细胞器，胞质内充满血红蛋白，具有携带氧气和二氧化碳的功能。
