摘要新生儿红斑狼疮(neonatal lupus erythematosus, NLE) 是一种是由于母体自身抗体经过胎盘进入胎儿体内造成的自身免疫性疾病，皮肤和心脏损害是NLE 最突出的临床表现，少数伴有其他系统损害（血液系统、肾脏、肝脏等），本病较为少见，本文报道1 例以皮疹、血小板减少、肝损害为主要表现的NLE，以提高对本病的认识。
