摘要 妊娠期ToRCH 筛查中的“ToRCH” 一词最早是由美国埃默里大学( Emory University) 免疫学家Andre Nahmia 于 1971 年提出Nahmia 将复杂的围产期感染综合后称之为ToRCH ，即弓形虫（ To）、风疹（ R ） 、巨细胞病毒（ C ）、单纯疱疹病毒 1型或2 型（ H ）。从 ToRCH 概念的提出至今已近半个世纪, 孕期4 种病原微生物抗体筛查实验应不应该做？怎样做？至今医学界仍在争议中。
