													    | 摘要 TORCH 是弓形体(toxoplasma gondii,TOX)、风疹病毒(rubella virus,RV)、巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)及其他病原体如梅毒螺旋体(treponema pallidum,TP)、带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)、微小病毒 B19 (human parvovirus B19,HPV B19)等英文名称首字母缩写组合而成。TORCH 病原微生物可以通过胎盘
 垂直传播,引起宫内感染,造成早产、流产、死胎或胎儿畸形;通过产道感染新生儿,造成新生儿多系统、多脏器损伤和智力障碍等。在低收入和中等收入国家,TORCH 感染是产前、围产期和产后发病率和死亡率
 增加的主要原因[1]。孕前、孕期 TORCH 筛查一直是围产保健的重要项目[2]。根据不断更新的临床证据,规范 TORCH 筛查,明确孕前免疫状况、孕期母胎是否感染、何时感染、胎儿是否受到损害以及是否能继续妊娠等问题,一直是临床关注的核心[3-11]。目前已有很多国家和地区将 TORCH 筛查涉及的病原体列入孕期检查项目,颁布了相关指南[3-9]。
