摘要 TORCH 是弓形体（toxoplasma gondii，TOX）、风疹病毒（rubella virus，RV）、巨细胞病毒（cytomegalovirus，CMV）、单纯疱疹病毒（herpes simplex virus，HSV）及其他病原体如梅毒螺旋体（treponema pallidum，TP）、带状疱疹病毒（varicella-zoster virus，VZV）、微小病毒 B19
（human parvovirus B19，HPV B19）等英文名称首字母缩写组合而成。TORCH 病原微生物可以通过胎盘
垂直传播，引起宫内感染，造成早产、流产、死胎或胎儿畸形；通过产道感染新生儿，造成新生儿多系统、多脏器损伤和智力障碍等。在低收入和中等收入国家，TORCH 感染是产前、围产期和产后发病率和死亡率
增加的主要原因^［1］。孕前、孕期 TORCH 筛查一直是围产保健的重要项目^［2］。根据不断更新的临床证据，规范 TORCH 筛查，明确孕前免疫状况、孕期母胎是否感染、何时感染、胎儿是否受到损害以及是否能继续妊娠等问题，一直是临床关注的核心^［3-11］。目前已有很多国家和地区将 TORCH 筛查涉及的病原体列入孕期检查项目，颁布了相关指南^［3-9］。
