摘要 人源化小鼠模型是指在小鼠体内移植人的细胞或组织,或者在小鼠体内重组性表达人的某些基因,用于研究人的生理、病理及发育情况的小鼠模型。尽管人类的基因组同小鼠等哺乳动物的同源性很高,但是人类与模式哺乳动物的结构及生理仍然存在显著的差别,这导致利用动物模型如小鼠等得到的许多实验结果并不能够解释人体的生理和病理现象。因此,人源化小鼠模型在研
究人的生理、病理、药理及发育等领域发挥着至关重要的作用。
