摘要 斑马鱼原产于印度东部的恒河流域,因背部有纵向的蓝白相间条纹而得名。在28 ℃水温时,24 受精后小时(hpf)斑马鱼主要的脏器原基都基本形成,脑、心脏和体节等清晰可见。胚胎和幼鱼身体透明,在显微镜下可直接看到其心脏搏动和血液循环。3 个月性成熟, 成年鱼体长3 ~ 6 cm。雄鱼体形细长, 腹部和鳍有金黄色斑点,雌鱼体形丰满无金黄色斑点。成年鱼产卵量大,一对健康
的斑马鱼一周可产卵300 枚左右。作为较低等的脊椎动物,斑马鱼架起了以果蝇、线虫为代表的无脊椎动物(小模式生物)和小鼠为代表的哺乳动物(大模式生物)之间的桥梁。
