41例小儿热性惊厥的免疫功能研究

摘要 【摘要】目的 分析小儿热性惊厥的危险因素及其与患儿的免疫功能变化的相关性。方法回顾性分析本科于2011 年10 月至2O13 年4 月收治的41 例热性惊厥患儿的临床资料。结果此类患儿多因急性上呼吸道感染引发，男患儿较女患儿发病稍多，多在1 ～ 6 岁间发病。患儿发生热惊厥后的血清免疫球蛋白值偏低，发病与其免疫功能有关。结论热性惊厥患儿存在免疫功能低下，且免疫功能低下亦可能是热性惊厥的发病因素之一。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the risk factors of febrile convulsion (FC) and their relationships with the immune system. Method To review the clinical characteristics of 41 FC cases who were treated at our ward from October 2011 to April 2013. Result The most common etiology of FC was upper respiratory tract infection. The number of male cases was a little more than female cases and the average age was 1-6 years. The serum levels of immune globulins in all patients were lower than normal after FC, which suggests that the FC was related to the immune system. Conclusion Deficiencies in immune function existed in FC cases and it may be one of the etiology of FC.
