Abstract: 【Abstract】 objectiVes
To
explore
the eff色ct of Qilin PiUs on the treatment of
oligoasthenospermia．
Methods
Sixty—three oligoasthenospermia patients
were
mndomIy
devided into two
gmups：the therapentic
group
treated
by Qilin
Pills
including
35
patients，and
the control
group including
28
patients
treated with
vitamin E and
B6，hoth
for a course of l 2 weeks． Then the authors evaluated the clinical eff色cts of both
treatments on semen routine
index(sperm volume，concentration， sperm motili‘y
and the rate of normal
spenn morpholog)『)，ROS
level and IUI
pregnancy
mte．Results
Compared
to the
controls，the spe珊volume，
concentration， and the rate of normal sperm morphology were increased，and ROS level was decreased in
therapentic group(P<0．05)．IuI pregnancy
rate in the therapentic
group
was
25．7％(9／35)，which
was also
higher than
that ofthe contml gmup(14．3％，4／28)．Conclusion
Qilin
Pills can signi6cantly
impmve
the seminal
quality
of oligoasthenospe瑚ia patients
by decreasing ROS
level．
