Objectives
To ohserve the level of lymphocyte subsets in
pe“pheral
blood in children with
hand，foot and mouth disease(HFMD)．Methods
Fifty
cases of children with HFMD were diVided into mild
group and severe gmup under the condition．Ten healthy
children as contml
group were
enrolled in the
study．
The
percentage
of
lymphocyte subsets，including CD3+ceUs，CD4+ceUs(Th)，CD8+cells(Ts)，CD
19+cells and
CDl6+56+cells in
anticoagulative whole
blood of children from the three gmups were detemined by nuorescence
now
cytometry．ResuIts Among
three
gmups，there
were
s唔nmcant diⅡbrences(P<0．05)in
the
percentage
of
CD3+cells，CD4+cells(Th)，CD8+cells(Ts)，CD 1 9+cells
and CD l 6+CD56+cells．The
percentage
of CD3+cells，
CD4+cells口h)，CD8+cells(Ts)in severe，mild
and contIDl
groups
was
gradually
increased in the order．The
percentage
of CDl9+cells and CDl6+CD56+cells in severe，mild and contr01 groups was gradually decreased
in the order．There were no significant difkrences in the Th／Ts cell ratio(P>0．05)among the three gmups．
Conclusion There is an immune
system dysfunction
in the HFMD children．As the seVerity of disease is
aggravating，T lymphocytes，NK
cells and B lymphocytes increase their
expressions．It
is
suggested
that cellular
immune funetion is inhibited and humoralimmune
response
increased．
