One case of hereditary multiple osteochondroma family survey and aristogenesis consult

摘要 咨询旨，男Ⅳ1，28岁，未婚。自述3岁时左肘 康部即出现大小不等数个骨性肿块，形态 己疼痛，不影响活动，骨性肿块随年龄增 ，影像学检查：左侧股骨远端、胫腓骨近 充状、丘状骨性突起，其结构相应骨质延 号'远端外侧病变较大且表面多发不规则片 也图1，诊断为多发性骨软骨瘤。
