摘要 异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急腹症，其中输卵管 妊娠最常见，其次是宫颈妊娠、阔韧带妊娠、卵巢 妊娠与腹腔妊娠等。腹膜后妊娠是腹腔妊娠的特殊 类型，非常罕见[1-2] 。解放军总医院妇产科成功救 治腹膜后异位妊娠患者1例，现报道如下。
