摘要 Landau—Kleffner综合征(LKS)又称获得性癫痫性失语(acquired epileptic aphasia)，是儿童期一种以获得性失语、癫痫发作和脑电图
(electroencephalographic，EEG)异常为主要特征的癫痫综合征，临床上容易漏诊、误诊，延误治疗，严重影,IN)L童语言能力、社会心理及生活质量。为进一步提高对此病的认识，现将我科诊治的1例LKS报道如下。
