摘要 原发性卵巢功能不全(primary ovarianinsufficiency，POI)，又称为“卵巢早衰”(premature ovarian failure，POF)，其定义为40岁以前，出现至少4个月的闭经，性激素紊乱，2次(间隔至少1个月)血清FSH浓度不小于40 IU／L。引起POI的病因有很多，其中以遗传因素最为重要，而在遗传因素中，又以FMR一1前突变较为常见，由于这类POI与x染色体的脆性增加有关，也被称为脆性x相关原发性卵巢功能不全(fragileX—associated primary ovary insufficiency．FXPOI) .
