摘要骨骼发育异常是胎儿期最常见的出生缺陷之一，造成骨骼系统异常的原因包括遗传因素和环境因素。超声筛查可发现胎儿骨骼发育异常，但具体的疾病及病因则很难确定。近年来随着二代测序技术的应用，胎儿骨骼发育异常的诊断取得了显著进展
