摘要新生儿红细胞增多症与高黏滞度综合征是早期新生儿常见的疾病，可由多种病因引起。红细胞比容（hematocrit，Hct）或血液黏滞度的增加使血流缓慢，造成组织缺氧和血栓形成，易导致全身各器官、系统损伤，重者可影响运动和神经系统发育，尤其是可造成部分患儿不可逆的神经系统损伤^［1-2］。但因生后并非常规测定血液黏度，易被忽视，正确诊断并评估疾病严重程度对其治疗和预后极为重要。现对新生儿红细胞增多症与高黏滞度综合征的相关生理变化及临床影响的研究进展进行综述。
