摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病作为围产期危重症之一，是孕产妇和围产儿死亡的主要原因之一。胎盘作为母胎界面，是机体最为短暂且最为重要的器官，在妊娠期高血压疾病的发病中作用重大。为借助高质量的胎盘样本进行精准医学研究，建设规范化胎盘样本库成为妊娠期高血压疾病精准医学研究的基础。本文就妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘样本库的建立与管理做一综述。
