摘要 
精 原 干 细 胞(spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)是一种可维持雄性生育力的成体干细胞,与其周围的生殖系统体细胞之间形成复杂的相互作用,在睾丸中共同构成了可产生精子的微环境。为了生育能力的长期维持,SSCs 需要在维持自我更新和分化之间进行转换,而这种命运转换与其周围的体细胞形成的微环境密切相关。此外,生殖细胞与体细胞共同构建的微环境处于一个动态的平衡之中,即SSCs 执行自我更新或是启动分化,均与微环境中各类细胞与体细胞的数量相关。因此,本综述主要对SSCs 自我更新与分化启动的分子机制进行论述。
