摘要  在生命体发育和衰老的过程中,细胞在特定的信号调控下有序地进行生长、分化和(或)凋亡。然
而,细胞分裂过程中自然积累的突变和许多外界因素,如射线、化学致癌物、病毒等诱导的突变可导致癌基因激活、抑癌基因失活,从而破坏了正常的细胞调控网络,引起细胞异常增殖与持续分裂 , 导致
肿瘤产生。
