摘要 新生儿转运（neonatal transport，NT）是危重新生儿 救治中心（newborn care center，NCC） 的重要工作内容 之一，目的是安全地将高危新生儿转运到NCC 的新 生儿重症监护病房（neonatal intensive care unit, NICU） 进行救治，充分发挥优质卫生资源的作用。然而，转运 过程中可能存在患儿病情变化和死亡的风险，要实现 安全、快速地转运，必须规范和优化N T 工作，以达到 降低新生儿死亡率的目的 。因此，结合近几年转 运工作的新进展新经验，本指南对2 0 1 3 年版《中国 新生儿转运指南》进行更新和完善，以供新生儿医师 参考 。
