摘要先天性巨结肠（Hirschsprung disease，HD）即肠壁肌间神经丛中神经节细胞缺失，致使病变肠管呈
持续痉挛状态，造成儿童功能性肠梗阻。1886 年Harald Hirschsprung 首次提出此病^［1］，HD 在儿童
中比较常见，发生率约1/5 000^［2］，男女患儿发病之比为4 ∶ 1。HD 分为短段型、常见型、长段型、全
结肠型（total colonic aganglonosis， TAC）。HD 的有效治疗方法即手术治疗，目的是切除无神经节细胞
肠管、解除肠道梗阻、保持大便通畅。
