摘要 患儿，男，20小时，于2013年8月因“呼吸困难伴皮肤苍白8小时”收入陆军总医院附属八一儿童医院。患儿出生体重3 560 g，经阴道急产分娩，羊水为Ⅲ度污染，出生时未见其他异常。生后12小时出现呕吐、呼吸急促、颜面青紫，全身皮肤苍白，予吸氧等处理无明显缓解。经气管插管、气囊加压给氧及生理盐水扩容处理，转入我院。患儿母亲38岁，妊娠期未规律产检，合并妊娠期糖尿病、贫血和阴道炎。
