摘要 儿童期的一些严重结构畸形或肿瘤会对患儿的生命和生存质量产生严重影响。由于儿童期发病率较低，相对成人疾病而言，研究进展较慢。近年来，随着分子生物学和循证医学的发展，对于小儿外科疾病的认识有了长足进步。现对小儿外科领域常见疾病的治疗新进展做一综述。
