摘要脑皮质发育是一个复杂且有序的过程，由3 个相互重叠的发育阶段渐进性推进，包括神经干细胞
的增殖、神经元的迁移和皮质的折叠构建^［1］。其中任何发育阶段出现异常或中断都会导致皮质发育异常（malformations of cortical development ，MCD）。影响大脑皮质发育的原因包括内在遗传因素及外在病因，这些因素的出现可导致各种临床疾病的产生^［2-3］，癫痫、发育迟缓、智力障碍、自闭症和
精神分裂症是MCD 最常见的临床表现。
