摘要母乳微生物组（human milk microbiome，HMM）是由上千种微生物聚集形成的微生态系统，对母儿健康均有重要意义。一方面，HMM 对母体自身起保护作用；另一方面，HMM 参与子代肠道菌群建立和免疫系统建立，对子代健康产生深远影响。HMM 成分繁多，影响因素错综复杂，其组成的微小改变都可能引发“蝴蝶效应”，因此对其深入了解可能有助于实施有效干预，为提高子代人口素质提供契机。本文对HMM 组成、影响因素以及对子代的影响做一综述。
