摘要 根据筛查原理的不同，可将针对常见胎儿染色体非整倍体（包括21、18、13 三体）的产前筛查分为3 类：①基于母血清生化指标的产前筛查（maternalserum screening，MSS）；②基于胎盘游离DNA（cellfree
DNA，cfDNA）的产前筛查，即无创产前检测（non-invasive prenatal testing，NIPT）；③基于超声的
产前筛查。目前关于单胎妊娠的产前筛查体系已相对完善，但针对双胎妊娠的产前筛查则较为特殊
与复杂。受胎儿数目和合子性影响，且病例数较少，无论是MSS，还是cfDNA 检测，双胎妊娠的产前筛
查都不如在单胎妊娠中那样准确。本文结合现有文献与国内外临床处理指南，对双胎妊娠常见胎儿染色体非整倍体产前筛查的相关问题进行综述。
