摘要 【摘要】 随着全球肥胖问题的日益严重，早发性肥胖已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。儿童时期的肥胖不仅影响生长发育，还可能导致一系列心理和生理健康问题，并增加成年后肥胖及相关慢性疾病的风 险。早发性肥胖作为下丘脑综合征的一个重要表现，近年来受到广泛关注。随着基因测序技术的飞速 发展，越来越多的早发性肥胖相关基因被揭示，为下丘脑综合征和早发性肥胖的相关研究提供了新的视 角。本文将对下丘脑综合征与早发性肥胖基因相关研究进展进行综述，为进一步理解下丘脑综合征与 早发性肥胖之间的关系提供参考，并为未来的治疗策略提供新的思路。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 With the increasing severity of global obesity, early-onset obesity has become an importantpublic health problem. Childhood obesity not only affects growth and development, it can also lead to a series of mental and physical health problems and increase the risk of obesity and related chronic diseases in adulthood. Early-onset obesity, as an important manifestation of hypothalamic syndrome, has received widespread attention in recent years. With the rapid development of gene sequencing technology, more and more genes related to early-onset obesity have been revealed, providing a new perspective for the related research of hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity. This article will review the research progress on the gene correlation between hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, provide reference for further understanding of the related to hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, and provide new ideas for future treatment strategies.
