摘要 【摘要】 随着全球肥胖问题的日益严重,早发性肥胖已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。儿童时期的肥胖
不仅影响生长发育,还可能导致一系列心理和生理健康问题,并增加成年后肥胖及相关慢性疾病的风
险。早发性肥胖作为下丘脑综合征的一个重要表现,近年来受到广泛关注。随着基因测序技术的飞速
发展,越来越多的早发性肥胖相关基因被揭示,为下丘脑综合征和早发性肥胖的相关研究提供了新的视
角。本文将对下丘脑综合征与早发性肥胖基因相关研究进展进行综述,为进一步理解下丘脑综合征与
早发性肥胖之间的关系提供参考,并为未来的治疗策略提供新的思路。

Abstract: 【Abstract】With the increasing severity of global obesity, early-onset obesity has become an important
public health problem. Childhood obesity not only affects growth and development, it can also lead to a
series of mental and physical health problems and increase the risk of obesity and related chronic diseases
in adulthood. Early-onset obesity, as an important manifestation of hypothalamic syndrome, has received
widespread attention in recent years. With the rapid development of gene sequencing technology, more andmore genes related to early-onset obesity have been revealed, providing a new perspective for the related research of hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity. This article will review the research progress onthe gene correlation between hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, provide reference for furtherunderstanding of the related to hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, and provide new ideas for future treatment strategies.
