新生儿色素失禁症1例

Incontinentia pigmenti of neonate: a case report

摘要 1 临床资料 患儿女，11天，系福利院弃婴，因“发现全身皮肤疱疹1周余”于 2015年8月21日收入江西省新余市人民医院新生儿科。入院查体：体温37.5 ℃，脉搏132次/min，呼吸26次/min，体重3.6 kg,神志清，反应、哭声尚可。患儿颜面部皮肤正常，其他部位皮肤可见较多红斑和大量脓疱疹，四肢较为明显，疱疹直径0.5~1.0 cm，部分疱疹溃烂，疱液混浊（图1）。前囟平软，口唇红润。颈软，双肺呼吸音粗，未及明显啰音。心率132次/min，心前区闻及Ⅱ级收缩期吹风样杂音。腹壁柔软，肝脾肋下未触及，未触及腹部包块，脐带已脱落，可见少许血痂，肠鸣音正常。四肢活动自如，肌张力正常。各原始反射可引出。
