摘要 先天性心脏病（先心病）是我国新生儿发病率较高的疾病之一。危重及复杂性先心病会出现各种心血管循环功能障碍，主要表现为心功能不全、严重低氧血症等，由于病情发展迅速，病死率极高。近年来先心病的诊疗技术不断发展，其中在新生儿期通过适当的介入手术可有效评估、姑息治疗甚至根治新生儿危重先心病，并逐渐形成一定常规。下面就部分新生儿先心病介入治疗的发展现状进行介绍。
