摘要 随着人们生活方式、工作环境、社会发展等因素的改变，女性生育年龄明显推迟；随着医疗水平的提高，部分年轻女性肿瘤患者可以长期存活，美国2006年至2010年间，女性肿瘤患者的死亡率以每年1.4%的速度降低［1］，但是大剂量的放疗或化疗使得生殖功能明显减退甚至丧失。同时，各种盆腔、宫腔手术如子宫肌瘤的剥除、剖宫产等，可能造成瘢痕子宫，降低妊娠安全性；卵巢肿物剥除、电凝止血、输卵管切除等均会影响卵巢血供，降低卵巢储备，甚至造成卵巢早衰，这些都严重影响着女性的生殖功能。此外，炎症、自身免疫疾病、遗传、外伤、精神心理因素等也影响着女性生殖功能。这使得越来越多的女性希望可以保存生育功能或内分泌功能［2］。近些年，冷冻技术的发展和各类辅助生殖技术的开展让这类人群看到了希望，现今，女性生殖功能的保存方法有卵母细胞冻存、卵母细胞体外成熟培养（in vitro maturation，IVM）、卵巢组织冻存、胚胎冻存、子宫移植等。本篇综述将对这些技术进行讨论。
