摘要 围产医学的飞速发展，使危重新生儿的救治存活率明显上升。技术的革新与进步使得许多危重新生儿得以存活，但现有临床治疗手段仍不能很好解决所有合并症问题。尤其是随着超早产儿和极早产儿救治存活率的提高，支气管肺发育（bronchopulmonary dysplasia，BPD）、坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）、早产儿脑损伤、早产儿视网膜病（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）等严重合并症的发生率始终居高不下；足月儿和晚期早产儿中，窒息导致的新生儿缺血缺氧性脑（hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy，HIE）仍不鲜见。探寻更好的治疗手段，是目前新生儿学界关注的热点。
