摘要 尿道下裂是小儿泌尿外科最常见的先天性畸形之一，因前尿道发育不全而致尿道开口未能达到正常龟头顶端位置，而是开口在阴茎腹侧、正常尿道口近端至会阴部的途径上，约每300个新生男婴中发生1例，近年来发病率有逐渐增高趋势［1］。
