摘要 尿道下裂是男性外生殖器一种相对常见的性别分化与发育异常的先天性缺陷，其发生率为0.4‰~8.2‰［1］。尿道下裂的病因学及发病机制仍不十分明了，尽管多数患者是散发，但许多研究也发现该病的发生有家族性群聚倾向。遗传因素主导着性别分化与发育，在尿道下裂发生中起重要作用［2］。越来越多的证据表明，环境内分泌干扰物在胚胎期深刻影响着性别分化与发育的过程，参与尿道下裂发病形成。近年来，许多国家尿道下裂的发病率具有逐渐增加的趋势［3］。吴艳乔等［4］的调查发现，我国1987至2001年间尿道下裂发生率逐年上升，且城市高于农村，沿海高于内地和边远地区。几十年来世界范围内尿道下裂发病率的不断增加，引起了人们对这一疾病病因学及发病机制的关注［5］。广泛使用的环境内分泌干扰物对性分化与发育有不良作用［5］。因此，尿道下裂是多基因遗传机制与环境因素交互作用的结果，环境因素可增加或降低基因因素的作用。
