Abstract 【Abstract】Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in childhood. Neuroblastoma canevoke anti-tumor immune response, meanwhile, it can escape from the immune suppression. In this paper, theresearch progresses of neuroblastoma immune escape in the process of tumor immunity including impaired immunogenicity, suppressed immunocytes, as well as changes of tumor microenvironment are reviewed.
