Abstract 【Abstract】The incidence of food allergy (FA) in children has been increasing year by year, becoming
one of the main factors affecting children's health and attracting widespread attention from society. There
is a close relationship between FA and tic disorder (TD), and FA is a risk factor for the occurrence of TD.
FA can not only induce TD, but also coexist and affect each other, exacerbating the disease condition. This
article summarizes the epidemiology, co-morbidity mechanisms, microecological intervention effects of FA
combined with TD, and elaborates on the interrelationship between them.
