摘要　女性40 岁之前出现卵巢功能衰退直至丧失，称为早发性卵巢功能不全（premature ovarian insufficiency，POI）^［1-2］，发病率为1% ～ 2%^［3-4］，严重影响女性身心健康，特别是生殖健康。由于其临床表现不特异、病因不明确、进展迅速，缺乏有效的
根本性治疗方法。因此，如何有效预防、预测POI并进行干预十分重要。目前，国内外相关临床指南、共识对其诊断进行了规范，同时推进了其临床诊疗与生殖相关治疗的研究。
