摘要 维生素 D 是一种脂溶性维生素，在机体新陈 代谢中有重要作用，其生理活性形式有两种，即麦 角钙化醇维生素 D2 和胆钙化醇维生素 D3 。正常 情况下，维生素 D2 和维生素 D3 首先在肝脏中被 羟基化形成 25(OH)D，然后在肾脏中继续被羟化 为 1,25(OH)2 D ［1-2］ 。1,25(OH)2 D 也被称为骨化 三醇，是维生素 D 在体内主要的活性形式，能够 调节肾脏和小肠对钙、磷的吸收，并和甲状旁腺素 （parathyroid hormone，PTH）相互作用，调节钙和磷 的内环境稳态［3-4］ 。近年来还发现维生素 D 可以 通过结合和激活胰腺 β 细胞中的维生素 D 受体 （vitamin D receptor，VDR），调节胰岛素的释放和血 糖水平［5］ 。此外，维生素 D 也可以通过调节钙稳态 来间接影响葡萄糖代谢和血糖水平［6］ 。
