摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，累及多个器官
系统，女性发病率高于男性，通常在育龄期起病［1］。近年来，妊娠合并SLE 患者生存率有所升高，但与
正常妊娠比，其发生妊娠期并发症的风险仍处于较高水平。并且，SLE 患者妊娠例数呈增加趋势，导
致此类患者在围产期母儿发病和死亡的占比逐渐升高。目前，为兼顾母胎安全，SLE 的孕期治疗仍
十分受限。因此，多学科协作尤为重要，完善孕前咨询，科学制定孕期管理计划，强化产后注意事项，
降低孕期并发症是临床工作重点。本文就SLE 合并妊娠的孕期管理进行综述。
