摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD）是儿童最常见的神经行为障碍
之一，临床表现为与发育水平不符的注意缺陷、多动和冲动行为［1］。目前，国外报道全球大约有
3.4%的儿童受到ADHD的影响［2］，且患病率呈逐年增高的趋势。美国2015年至2017年ADHD患
病率为8.5%～9.5%，与2009年至2011年相比增长了12.6%［3］。而我国ADHD患病率的Meta分析显
示，总体发病率为5.3%～7.2%［4］。ADHD常见于学龄期儿童，但有70%的儿童症状持续到青春期，
30%～50%持续到成年期，常共患学习障碍、对立违抗障碍、情绪障碍、适应障碍等，对学业、职
业和社会生活等方面产生广泛而消极的影响［5］。因此，采用合适的方法对ADHD儿童进行治疗有
助于促进儿童健康及社会发展。
