【摘要】 胚胎神经发育起源于胚胎外胚层,外胚层先分化形成神经板,后以中轴为基准向内折叠形成神经沟结构,两侧边缘逐渐抬高形成神经褶,其向中线汇聚在背部完成融合形成神经管。神经管作为中枢神经系统的前体,在胚胎神经发育进程中扮演着至关重要的角色。营养素肌醇作为一种六羟基环己烷衍生物,属于环多醇类化合物,在体内主要以游离态、肌醇磷脂或肌醇磷酸衍生物等形式存在,参与神经细胞的多种生理过程,在信号传导、基因表达调控等过程中发挥重要作用。本研究就营养素肌醇在胚胎神经发育中的作用及动态进展进行综述,以期为神经发育缺陷疾病的早期干预、诊断及治疗及肌醇对于神经发育的作用和机制的阐明提供新思路。

Abstract: 
【Abstract】Embryonic neural development originates from the ectoderm, which first differentiates into
the neural plate. It folds inward along the midline to form the neural groove. The lateral edges of the groove gradually elevate to form neural folds, which converge and fuse at the dorsal midline to form the neural tube. The neural tube, as the precursor of the central nervous system, plays an important role in the process of embryonic neural development. Inositol, a nutrient classified as a cyclitol, is a derivative of cyclohexanone. It mainly exists in free form as phosphatidylinositol, or as inositol phosphate derivatives within the body. And it is involved in various physiological processes of neural cells and plays key roles in signal transduction, gene expression regulation, and other cellular activities. This article reviews the role and dynamic progress concerning inositol in embryonic neural development, aiming to provide new insights for the early intervention, diagnosis, and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as to further elucidate the role and mechanisms of inositol influences neural development.
