Abstract: 【Abstract】Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a rare genetic disorder, hyperphagia is the main manifestation,which can be life-threatening in severe cases. At present, there are many studies on hyperphagia in children with PWS abroad, but few studies in China. This paper reviewed the current situation, specific assessment tools and preventive management strategies of hyperphagia in children with PWS abroad, aiming to provide reference for the localized development of specific assessment tools for hyperphagia in children with PWS and the management of hyperphagia in children with PWS in China.
